If any problems related to COVID19 occur once you come to London, for example, lockdown restore, no refund will be given.
On the other hand, if after payment of the pack and before your arrival, there were to be complications due to COVID19, which would make your arrival impossible, the money of the pack paid will be refunded, but not the deposit of the room.
